The driving force and visionary leader steering the Sumedha brand towards success, possesses extensive networking expertise within the realms of finance, audit, and taxation. As a distinguished chartered accountant, his extensive investment banking knowledge serves as an ongoing wellspring of motivation for our team. Notably, he previously held the position of Co-Chairman at the Economic Affairs, Finance, and Taxation Sub-Committee under CII-ER. Currently he is Chairman, CII Eastern Region - Banking Core Committee.

Mr. Rangan, a distinguished banker with more than 38 years of practical experience in the finance sector, held the position of Managing Director at the State Bank of Patiala. During his deputation from the State Bank of India, he skillfully oversaw the bank's merger with the parent entity as part of the consolidation and merger initiative. His expertise extends to various domains, including small-scale credit, agriculture financing, corporate and MSME credit, among others. He is presently serving as Director of Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd., Omkara Assets Reconstruction Pvt. Ltd., SBI DFHI Ltd. etcWe benefit from his vast experience in effectively meeting the needs of our corporate clients.

Mr. Mukherjee boasts a seasoned career in the banking sector with a distinguished presence. He has served/serving as a board member for esteemed corporate entities like Bandhan Bank Ltd., Suven Life Sciences Ltd., Donear Industries Ltd., and Bhanix Finance and Investment Ltd., Muthoot Housing Finance Company Limited and Aurobindo Pharma Ltd. His illustrious journey includes significant roles such as Managing Director at State Bank of Hyderabad, Chief Executive Officer of SBI in Paris, and Chief General Manager of Commercial Banking at State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur.

Mr. Rana Som was born in 1952 and did his Master of Arts in Economics in 1973. He did a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management. Mr. Som is the former Chairman & Managing Director of NMDC, a Navaratna Company of Government of India. He has served the State Trading Corporation as a Director and also in the capacity of Director and CMD of Hindusthan Copper Ltd. Under his leadership NMDC became one of the most valuable companies of the world and adjudged as the best performing PSU in India. Mr. Som recorded his experience in HCL and NMDC in his book titled “The Sleeping Tigers” which has been published by SAGE publications and released in the USA and UK.

Mr. Deepankar is a postgraduate in Economics from Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. Mr. Bose is a Retd. Chief General Manager of SBI Mumbai Circle, the largest Circle of SBI in the country. Before joining Sumedha Fiscal Services Limited, he held the position of Executive President and Head Corporate Centre of Bandhan Bank till August 2021. He is presently the Chairman and Public Interest Director of Calcutta Stock Exchange and Independent Director in various Public Limited Companies.

Mr. Mohit Bhuteria is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Insolvency Resolution Professional, Registered Valuer (Securities or Financial Assets). He is a managing partner in M/s A C Buteria & Vo, Chartered Accountants. Mr. Bhuteria was co-opted member at the Expert Advisory Committee of ICAI, New Delhi and in the study group of ICI on guidance notes and upgradation of existing AS. He is also the Chairman, Corporate Law Committee at ‘ACAE and Views Exchange’ and an Independent Director of GKW Ltd.

With extensive expertise as a practicing Chartered Accountant and a Registered Insolvency Professional, Mr. Birla excels in audit, strategy formulation, and financial planning. His meticulous approach to financial intricacies, combined with his sharp leadership acumen, constitutes his forte, which has proven to be an invaluable asset for us. A very successful Insolvency Practitioner, he handles the intricacies of corporate affairs and undertakes varied responsibilities of the Company efficiently with ease. He is also the Co-founder and Director of Vardaan Advisors Private Limited which is a consulting company advising on Business Responsibility, Capacity Building for Non-profits, CSR compliance Advisory, Monitoring & Evaluation of Projects and Fund Raising.

Mr. Rathi is a Rank-holder (3rd) in the Final Examination held by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also completed MBF course conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and stood 1st in the Country. Serving as our whole-time director, Mr. Rathi brings a wealth of experience as a Chartered Accountant to the table. He significantly enhances our strategic planning in areas of utmost importance, including law, finance, and regulatory policies. He is also a specialist in project finance, corporate debt restructuring and creating business model.

A respected partner at M/s Maheshwari & Associates, Practicing Chartered Accountants, Mr. Murmuria possesses an extensive knowledge of finance and accounting. As a Practicing Chartered Accountant, and being qualified Cost Accountant and a Registered Insolvency Professional, he consistently provides invaluable guidance in areas concerning securities, shares, bonds, and the money market. His unparalleled advisory prowess in regulatory matters and the broader macro-business landscape plays a pivotal role in shaping our achievements. He has vast knowledge of various legislation regulating business such as Companies Act, Indian Partnership Act, RBI Guidelines and Insolvency Code. Mr. Murmuria has served as the President of the Association of National Exchanges Members of India (ANMI) and as Director of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is a regular guest speaker on various forum of ICAI, ICSI, CII, ASF (Asia Securities Forum), ANMI etc. and has been speaking on various topics relating to Banking, Financial and Capital Markets both in India and abroad. He is currently the Co –Chairman, CII Eastern Region Economic Affairs, Corporate Finance and Taxation Sub Committee.

Mrs. Maheshwari is an alumna of the International Management Institute (New Delhi), possessing specialized expertise in finance and strategy. She holds degrees from the Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics (Mumbai) and has further enriched her knowledge with an executive degree from Stanford's NUS Executive Programme in International Management. With a professional journey spanning over a decade, she brings her valuable experience in financial services and consulting, gained through her role as an investment banker in both Singapore and Mumbai. She has also garnered experience through her affiliations with Australia and Newland Bank in Singapore. Her proficiency extends to deal structuring and related skills, cultivated through her associations with Barclays, Citibank, and Hewitt Associates. An engaged participant within the FICCI (YFLO) and CII chapters in Mumbai, she showcases her adept problem-solving abilities, complemented by strong analytical acumen.
